Ben jij iemand die verantwoordelijkheid durft te nemen én klanten graag helpt? Dan is de rol van fulltime verkoopmedewerker sleuteldrager bij GAMMA Roermond een mooie kans. Je adviseert klanten op de winkelvloer, opent of sluit zelfstandig de bouwmarkt en ondersteunt collega's waar nodig. Ervaring is welkom, maar niet vereist, je leert veel on the job. Wat ga je doen als verkoopmedewerker sleuteldrager? In deze afwisselende functie draait het om klantgerichtheid én het draaiende houden van de winkel. De taken zijn onder andere: • Klanten adviseren over klusvragen en geschikte producten • Commercieel inspelen op klantbehoeften • De winkel openen of sluiten als sleuteldrager • Voorraad beheren en bestellingen verwerken • Collega's begeleiden en aanspreekpunt zijn op de werkvloer • Werken in een betrokken en energiek team Dit breng je mee: Voor deze rol zijn de volgende eigenschappen en ambities belangrijk: • Proactieve werkhouding en gevoel voor verantwoordelijkheid, klantgerichtheid en adviseren • Interesse in bouwmaterialen of bereidheid dit te leren • Ervaring in Retail of aanleg voor aansturing is een pre • In het bezit van (of bereidheid om te halen) een BHV-certificaat • Beheersing van de Nederlandse taal en flexibel inzetbaar (overdag, 's avonds, weekend) Dit krijg je van ons: • Veelzijdige fulltime functie voor 32-38 uur in een groeiende organisatie waarbij jouw mening telt. • Salaris conform afhankelijk van je leeftijd en ervaring en volgens de cao Doe-het-zelf-branche. • Opleidingsmogelijkheden via onze Retail Academy, waarmee je jouw productkennis en vaardigheden vergroot. • Toeslagen, overwerk en een warme maaltijd conform de cao Doe-het-zelf-branche. • Reiskostenvergoeding en 15% personeelskorting op aankopen...
