Ben jij een enthousiaste teamspeler die elke klant met een glimlach helpt? Hou je van versgebakken lekkernijen, een warme werksfeer én afwisseling? Dan ben jij misschien wel onze nieuwe collega!

Bij Au Flan Breton zoeken we enthousiaste verkoopmedewerkers die energie halen uit klantenservice, graag de handen uit de mouwen steken en deel willen uitmaken van een hecht team.

We zijn op zoek naar vaste medewerkers, studenten en flexi-jobbers.

🕐 Uren & werkregeling

We werken met vroege en late shiften:

  • Vroege shift: start om 6u30.
  • Late shift: eindigt ten laatste om 18u00.
  • We zoeken medewerkers die flexibel inzetbaar zijn tijdens weekdagen, weekends en feestdagen.
  • Voor vaste medewerkers verwachten we dat je minstens één vroege én één late shift per week kunt werken.
  • Als student of flexi-jobber bekijken we samen welke dagen en momenten voor jou haalbaar zijn.

Of je nu op zoek bent naar een vaste job, een studentenjob of een flexi-job, we bekijken graag samen wat bij jou past.

🥐 Wat ga je doen?

  • Heerlijke sandwiches en salades klaarmaken om onze klanten blij te maken.
  • Klanten vriendelijk verwelkomen en helpen kiezen uit ons smakelijke assortiment.
  • Onze bakkerijproducten met enthousiasme verkopen, altijd met een glimlach.
  • Goed letten op versheid en ervoor zorgen dat bederfelijke producten tijdig worden verwijderd.
  • Voorraad beheren en de winkelrekken aanvullen waar nodig.
  • De winkel netjes en overzichtelijk houden, zowel voor als achter de toonbank.
  • Meedenken over productpresentatie en promoties om onze klanten te verrassen.

🙌 Wat verwachten we van jou?

  • Je bent klantgericht en haalt energie uit contact met mensen.
  • Je bent flexibel en steekt graag de handen uit de mouwen.
  • Je kunt zelfstandig werken, maar bent ook een echte teamspeler.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands. Een basiskennis Frans of Engels is mooi meegenomen en kan, afhankelijk van de winkel en het soort job, nodig zijn.
  • Ervaring in verkoop, horeca of klantenservice is mooi meegenomen, maar motivatie en een positieve ingesteldheid zijn voor ons het belangrijkst!
  • Je bent bereid om vroeg te starten wanneer je een vroege shift werkt.
  • Weekend- en feestdagen werken vormt voor jou geen probleem, afhankelijk van je statuut en beschikbaarheid.
