Je werkt resultaatgericht in de showroom, bouwt aan je verkoopvaardigheden en profiteert van een onbeperkte bonusregeling. Dan is dit misschien jouw volgende baan. Voor onze vestiging in Capelle a/d IJssel zoeken wij enthousiaste Verkoopmedewerkers / Verkopers . Bij Seats and Sofas krijg je een goed vast salaris én een bonusregeling zonder maximum . Hoe beter jij presteert, hoe meer je verdient. Heb je al verkoopervaring? Dat is een voordeel. Maar ook als je nog geen verkoopervaring hebt, leren wij je het vak en begeleiden we je intensief op de werkvloer. Wat we wél van je vragen? Energie, lef, commerciële instelling en de wil om te scoren. Bij ons geldt een simpel uitgangspunt: een goede verkoper moet zijn salaris kunnen verdubbelen. Een inkomen van €5.000+ bruto per maand is dus mogelijk - en omdat onze bonusregeling onbeperkt is, kan dat bij uitzonderlijke prestaties nog verder oplopen. Wat ga je doen? Als Verkoopmedewerker / Verkoper ben jij hét gezicht van onze showroom. Je ontvangt klanten, ontdekt waar zij naar op zoek zijn en helpt ze bij het vinden en samenstellen van de bank die perfect bij hen past. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - klanten enthousiast ontvangen en adviseren; - goed luisteren naar de wensen van de klant; - adviseren over modellen, stoffen, kleuren en opstellingen; - commerciële kansen herkennen en benutten; - offert...
