Daarom zoeken we een VakCoach Refractie & Lensaanpassing die vakkennis combineert met coachend vermogen. Je neemt het werk niet over, maar helpt collega's om zélf beter te worden. Met eerlijke feedback en een veilige leeromgeving help je hen oefenen, leren en groeien. Jouw succes zit niet in wat jij zelf kunt, maar in wat je anderen leert. Wat ga je doen? Als VakCoach begeleid je collega's die de interne opleiding tot refractie- of lensaanpasser volgen. Je helpt hen om de juiste kennis, vaardigheden én professionele houding te ontwikkelen om zelfstandig en succesvol in hun functie te werken. Je besteedt twee à drie dagen per week aan het begeleiden en ondersteunen van deelnemers. Je kijkt mee in de praktijk, stelt vragen, geeft feedback en helpt collega's om zelf oplossingen te vinden. Je sluit aan bij hun niveau, ervaring en manier van leren. Soms leg je iets uit of doe je iets voor, maar je weet vooral wanneer je een stap terug moet doen. Je zorgt er samen met het team voor dat deelnemers voldoen aan de eisen uit de functieprofielen en met vertrouwen hun vak kunnen uitoefenen. Tot slot rapporteer je als VakCoach aan de Area Manager. Vanuit die rol werk je nauw samen met Storemanagers, Sales Coaches, L&D en Quality. Samen zorg je ervoor dat vakinhoudelijke ontwikkeling, coaching in de praktijk en kwaliteit goed op elkaar aansluiten. In deze rol: - Begeleid en coach je collega's tijdens hun opleiding en ontwikkeling; - Vertaal je vakkennis naar duidelijke en praktische begeleiding; - Observeer je, geef je eerlijke feedback en stimuleer je zelfstandig leren; - Creëer je een veilige en stimulerende leeromgeving waarin fouten maken onderdeel is van leren; - Draag je bij aan consistente vakinhoudelijke kwaliteitsnormen en professionele we...
