Als verkoopmedewerker in de ANWB-winkel in Zoetermeer ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten. Je werkt gemiddeld 16 uur per week. Dat betekent dat je vaak op koopavonden en in het weekend aan de slag bent. Je helpt klanten bij het vinden van reisartikelen en geeft persoonlijk advies. Je zorgt ervoor dat iedereen zich welkom voelt en graag terugkomt. Op een werkdag ontvang je klanten in de winkel en luister je goed naar hun wensen. Je geeft advies over reisbenodigdheden en accessoires voor onderweg. Je pakt nieuwe artikelen uit, zorgt samen met je collega’s voor een nette winkel en draait mee aan de kassa. Je helpt bij het beheren van de voorraad, inventariseert producten en zorgt dat alles klopt. Ook handel je retouren en klachten netjes af. Je krijgt energie van het contact met mensen en denkt graag mee over oplossingen. Je vindt het leuk om je te verdiepen in nieuwe producten en diensten.
