Je helpt hen met het vinden van hulpmiddelen die hun mobiliteit en zelfstandigheid vergroten. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt in de winkel en zorgt voor een persoonlijke en klantgerichte benadering. In deze rol combineer je advies, administratieve taken en lichte commerciële werkzaamheden, waarbij je schakelt tussen verschillende verantwoordelijkheden. Wat je gaat doen: - Adviseren: luisteren naar de behoeften van klanten en hen begeleiden bij het kiezen van de juiste hulpmiddelen, zoals rollators, rolstoelen en scootmobielen; - Uitleg geven: klanten informeren over het gebruik en de voordelen van onze producten en diensten; - Administreren: verwerken van verhuurde en verkochte artikelen in ons systeem en werken achter de kassa en balie; - Voorraad beheren: ontvangen, controleren en registreren van binnengekomen hulpmiddelen en zorgen voor een nette winkel; - Klachten afhandelen: vriendelijk en oplossingsgericht omgaan met vragen en problemen van klanten.
