Kom werken in de Zorgwinkel van Medicura, en ontdek hoe trots je dit maakt. Dit maakt jou trots Jij bent een echt verkooptalent. Niet omdat je alles kunt verkopen, maar omdat jij met jouw luisterend oor en inlevingsvermogen precies weet met welk advies en welke hulpmiddelen jij de klant écht kunt helpen. Daarbij kijk jij verder dan alleen de hulpvraag. Komt er een klant voor het lenen van een rolstoel? Dan weet jij de klant bijvoorbeeld ook te adviseren een comfortabel zitkussen of een douchestoel erbij te nemen. Iedere situatie of hulpvraag is weer anders. Voor jou geen punt, jij weet er wel raad mee. Klanten komen naar onze zorgwinkel om medische hulpmiddelen te lenen via de zorgverzekeraar of om ze te huren of te kopen. Jij weet de productkennis van het assortiment en de eisen die de zorgverzekeraar stelt, je snel eigen te maken. Zo lukt het jou om de klant goede informatie en een gebruiksinstructie te geven of hulpmiddelen op maat af te stellen. En de administratieve afhandeling in het ERP systeem en de kassa? Geen probleem, dat krijg jij snel onder de knie. Natuurlijk heb je collega's waarop je kunt bouwen, dus overleggen en sparren jullie regelmatig met elkaar. Jij krijgt er energie van als jij lekker bezig bent en jouw werk variërend is. Of je nu klanten aan het helpen bent, voorraad bijvult of administratieve taken uitvoert, jij bent in je element. En jij weet, het oog wil ook wat. De winkel ziet er dus ook altijd netjes en overzichtelijk uit. Jij kunt dit omdat: - Je een MBO opleidingsniveau hebt en al enige ervaring met het verkopen van producten; - Je affiniteit hebt met de zorgbranche en bij voorkeur kennis van medische hulpmid...
