Voor een gekende zaak in de regio Kortrijk is Synergie op zoek naar een voltijds verkoopsmedewerker.

Je bent veel meer dan een verkoper: je bent mee verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse werking van de winkel en zorgt ervoor dat klanten telkens opnieuw met een glimlach buiten stappen.

Als verkoopsmedewerker krijg je een gevarieerd takenpakket waarbij geen enkele dag dezelfde is. Je combineert klantenadvies met verantwoordelijkheid voor de winkel en zorgt ervoor dat alles tot in de puntjes verzorgd is.

  • Je verwelkomt klanten vriendelijk en geeft professioneel stijladvies.
  • Je helpt klanten bij het vinden van de juiste maat en accessoires.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat de winkel er steeds verzorgd, aantrekkelijk en inspirerend uitziet.
  • Je volgt de voorraad op en zorgt ervoor dat de stock correct beheerd wordt.
  • Je verwerkt leveringen en vult de winkel tijdig aan.
  • Je neemt initiatief en draagt mee verantwoordelijkheid voor de dagelijkse werking van de winkel.
  • Je volgt de nieuwste modetrends op en vertaalt die naar een aantrekkelijke winkelbeleving.
  • Je hebt een passie voor mode, schoenen en de nieuwste trends.
  • Je bent klantvriendelijk, commercieel ingesteld en helpt mensen graag verder.
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid en ziet werk zonder dat iemand het moet vragen.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor orde en detail.
  • Je spreekt uitstekend Nederlands en durft klanten ook in het Frans verder te helpen.
  • Je bent op zoek naar een stabiele job op lange termijn.
  • Werken op zaterdag is voor jou geen probleem. Als compensatie kan je 6 zaterdagen per jaar vrij kiezen en heb je daarnaast een vaste vrije dag tijdens de week, volledig bespreekbaar.
