Voor een van onze klanten, een toonaangevende keten in de retailsector, zijn we op zoek naar gemotiveerde en klantgerichte verkoopsmedewerkers voor de opening van een nieuwe winkel in Gent. Over de klant: Onze klant is een snelgroeiend, jong en dynamisch bedrijf in de retailsector met een verspreid netwerk aan winkels over Vlaanderen, Brussel en Wallonië. Ze bieden een breed scala aan producten en diensten aan, waaronder pers, rookwaren, loterijproducten, boeken, mobiele telefonie en zelfs bakkerijproducten en bloemen.

Jobomschrijving

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Je staat in voor een vriendelijke en efficiënte klantenservice.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat de winkelrekken steeds netjes en goed aangevuld zijn.
  • Je verwerkt leveringen en pakt de goederen zorgvuldig uit.
  • Je beheert de kassa en zorgt voor een correcte afhandeling van betalingen.
  • Je past prijzen en kortingen aan volgens de richtlijnen.
  • Je helpt mee om de winkel schoon en georganiseerd te houden.

Jouw profiel:

  • Je bent gemotiveerd, flexibel en zelfstandig.
  • Je hebt een klantgerichte en vriendelijke houding.
  • Je kunt goed omgaan met stressvolle situaties en lost eventuele problemen met klanten op een professionele manier op.
  • Je communiceert vlot en staat open voor feedback.
  • Flexibiliteit in werkuren is een must, je bent bereid om zowel in het weekend als tijdens vroege of late uren te werken.
  • Ervaring in de verkoop is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste.
  • Eigen vervoer is een extra troef, maar geen must.
