Voor een optiekzaak zoeken we iemand die klanten graag verder helpt, goed luistert naar hun wensen en samen met hen op zoek gaat naar de bril die perfect bij hen past.

Jouw takenpakket Je bent dagelijks bezig met klantencontact en verkoop. Je begeleidt klanten van hun eerste vraag tot het moment waarop ze met hun nieuwe bril naar buiten stappen. Daarnaast sta je in voor:

  • Klanten ontvangen en adviseren bij de keuze van een montuur.
  • Verschillende brillen voorstellen en helpen bij het vinden van de juiste stijl.
  • Brillen op maat aanpassen en afleveren.
  • Kleine herstellingen uitvoeren.
  • Bestellingen en bijhorende administratie verwerken.
  • De winkel netjes en aantrekkelijk houden.
  • Je hebt minstens een diploma secundair onderwijs.
  • Je bent sociaal, enthousiast en klantvriendelijk.
  • Je hebt commerciële feeling en weet goed in te spelen op de behoeften van klanten.
  • Je bent geïnteresseerd in optiek en staat open om nieuwe dingen te leren.
  • Ervaring binnen verkoop is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste.
  • Je bent beschikbaar voor een voltijdse job van 36 uur per week.
  • Je bent flexibel naar weekendwerk toe.

Kennis van optiek is niet noodzakelijk! Je krijgt een uitgebreide opleiding en de nodige begeleiding om de producten en werkzaamheden volledig onder de knie te krijgen.
