Als fulltime verkoopspecialist aan huis bij Karwei Haarlem-Zuid combineer je advies in de winkel met inspirerend interieuradvies bij mensen thuis. Jij helpt klanten bij het kiezen van raamdecoratie, en maakt zo écht het verschil in hoe iemand zich thuis voelt. Je krijgt volop ruimte om je creativiteit te laten zien en jouw kennis te delen, zowel op de winkelvloer als bij de klant op locatie. En wij ondersteunen je daarbij met de juiste opleidingen. Wat ga je doen als verkoopspecialist aan huis raamdecoratie? Als verkoopspecialist aan huis draait alles om inspiratie, vertrouwen en maatwerk. Je werkzaamheden bestaan uit: • Klanten in de winkel én aan huis adviseren over kleur, materiaal en stijl • Inmeten, kleuradvies en productselectie verzorgen op locatie • Raamdecoratie en accessoires afstemmen op de klantwens • Commerciële kansen benutten en proactief contact onderhouden • De afdeling in de winkel inspirerend presenteren en bijhouden • Flexibel bijspringen op andere afdelingen wanneer nodig Dit breng je mee: Voor deze specialistische rol is een combinatie van creativiteit, advieskracht en klantgevoel essentieel: • Minimaal MBO 3 werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in interieur, styling of Retail • Ervaring in interieuradvies, woninginrichting of verkoop van woonproducten • Rijbewijs B voor klantbezoeken aan huis (30-40% van je tijd) • Een representatieve, servicegerichte houding en gevoel voor sfeer • Nederlands sprekend • Flexibele beschikbaarheid, ook 's avonds en in het weekend Dit krijg je van ons: • Veelzijdige functie voor 32-38 uur...
