Wat ga je doen als verkoopspecialist? In deze rol ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor klanten met vragen over hun klus. Je zorgt dat ze niet alleen met de juiste producten, maar ook met vertrouwen de winkel verlaten. Je werkzaamheden bestaan uit: • Klanten actief aanspreken en gericht adviseren over hun klus en materiaalkeuze • Je verdiepen in een specifiek assortiment en hier specialist in worden • Commerciële kansen herkennen en benutten op de winkelvloer • Samenwerken met collega's en elkaar verder helpen • Zorgen voor een nette, overzichtelijke en klantvriendelijke winkelomgeving Dit breng je mee: Om succesvol te zijn is het belangrijk dat het volgende goed past: • Ervaring in een winkelomgeving (Retail, bouwmarkt of detailhandel) • Passie voor klantadvies en resultaatgericht werken • Luistervaardigheid en het vermogen om snel te schakelen • Beheersing van de Nederlandse taal • Flexibel inzetbaar: beschikbaar overdag, 's avonds en/of in het weekend (in overleg) Dit krijg je van ons: • Veelzijdige functie voor 24-32 uur week, met veel ruimte voor zelfstandigheid. • Een bruto salaris per maand, afhankelijk van je leeftijd en ervaring en volgens de cao Doe-het-zelf-branche. • Volop opleidingsmogelijkheden via onze Retail Acad...
