Als fulltime verkoopspecialist bij Karwei Haarlem inspireer je klanten met jouw advies over onze producten en toepassingen en draag je bij aan de winstgevendheid van de bouwmarkt. Je verdiept je in een assortiment, herkent commerciële kansen en groeit, als specialist of richting een leidinggevende rol. Dit is jouw kans om advies en sfeer samen te brengen in een functie vol ontwikkeling. En wij ondersteunen je daarbij met de juiste opleidingen. Wat ga je doen als verkoopspecialist? Als verkoopspecialist ben je hét aanspreekpunt voor klanten die advies zoeken bij hun woonproject of klus. Je helpt niet alleen praktisch, maar denkt ook mee in stijl en toepassing. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: • Klanten actief aanspreken en verkopend adviseren over producten, kleuren en combinaties • Je verdiepen in een specifiek assortiment en uitgroeien tot dé specialist (wij ondersteunen je met opleidingen) • Inspelen op klantbehoeften en commerciële kansen benutten • Samenwerken met collega's om de winkelervaring te versterken • Zorgen voor een inspirerende en overzichtelijke winkelpresentatie Dit breng je mee: Voor deze rol is het belangrijk dat de volgende ervaring en eigenschappen aanwezig zijn: • Werkervaring in Retail, bouwmarkt of detailhandel • Passie voor klantadvies en gevoel voor interieur of styling • Luistervaardigheid en het vermogen om klanten écht verder te helpen • Beheersing van de Nederlandse taal • Flexibele beschikbaarheid: overdag, 's avonds en/of in het weekend (in overleg) Dit krijg je van ons: • Veelzijdige functie voor 38 uur week, met veel ruimte voor zelfstandigheid. • Een bruto salaris per maand, afhankeli...
