Ben jij de commerciële motor die ons residentieel verkoopteam in Brugge naar een hoger niveau tilt? Als verkoopverantwoordelijke bij Dewaele combineer je het aansturen en coachen van een gedreven en ervaren team van een 6-tal makelaars, met het uitbouwen van een eigen commerciële portefeuille. Je krijgt de operationele verantwoordelijkheid voor omzet, service level, efficiëntie en teamontwikkeling en rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de kantoorverantwoordelijke.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden: - Operationele leiding: eindverantwoordelijk voor omzet in residentiële verkoop, service level, efficiëntie en medewerkers van je team.

- Coaching & Begeleiding: coachen van medewerkers via duo-intakes, ondersteuning bij complexe dossiers en tweewekelijkse 121-overlegmomenten.

- Strategie & Marketing: vertalen van de Dewaele-strategie naar een concrete sales- en marketing aanpak voor regio Brugge, in samenspraak met de kantoorverantwoordelijke.

- Eigen Portefeuille: actief uitbouwen en opvolgen van een eigen commerciële portefeuille binnen de regio Brugge, om zo je expertise en voeling met de markt op scherp te houden.

- Performance & Overleg: bepalen van individuele omzettargets per makelaar, periodieke teammeetings en opvolging via cijferanalyses.

- Coaching & Leiderschap: als geboren People Manager haal je voldoening uit het ondersteunen, coachen en laten groeien van je teamleden. Je creëert een hechte groepsdynamiek, begeleidt makelaars inhoudelijk bij complexe vraagstukken en motiveert hen om samen het teamresultaat te bereiken.

- Ervaring & Statuut: je kan terugblikken op enkele jaren ervaring in de vastgoedsector en je hebt jouw BIV-erkenning op zak. Je ziet het volledig zitten om op zelfstandige basis te werken.

- Communicatie & Relatieopbouw: je beschikt over een heldere, toegankelijke communicatiestijl. Je luistert actief naar zowel klanten als teamleden, stemt af op hun noden en zet in op langetermijnrelaties en duurzaam vertrouwen.

- Flexibiliteit & Wendbaarheid: je kan snel en gestructureerd schakelen tussen de rol van coach, expert en leider. Dankzij je oplossingsgerichte mindset bewaar je de rust in een dynamische en veranderende marktomgeving.

- Marktkennis: je wil graag jouw tanden zetten in de verdere commerciële uitbouw van de regio én tegelijkertijd je team daarin op sleeptouw nemen.
