Onze klant is een bekende autospecialist met vestigingen over heel België en een sterke reputatie in het verkopen van nieuwe en bijna-nieuwe wagens. Ze maken autorijden betaalbaar en makkelijk, met een groot aanbod aan merken en modellen – allemaal direct beschikbaar uit voorraad. Klanten kunnen rekenen op transparante prijzen, snelle service en professioneel advies zonder typische verkooppraatjes. In de werkplaatsen en logistieke afdelingen draait alles rond efficiëntie, teamwork en klanttevredenheid. Als medewerker krijg je een duidelijke opleiding en maak je deel uit van een hecht team waar inzet wordt gewaardeerd. Of je nu meewerkt in de showroom, het magazijn of de garage, je helpt mensen aan hun ideale auto. Heb jij een passie voor auto’s én een vlotte babbel aan de telefoon? Dan is dit jouw kans! Onze klant, een groeiende speler in de automobielsector, zoekt een enthousiaste verkoper op afstand die het leuk vindt om klanten telefonisch te begeleiden bij hun aankoop. Jij bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor geïnteresseerde kopers en weet hen met jouw commerciële flair en enthousiasme te overtuigen.

In deze rol help je klanten van A tot Z: van de eerste vraag tot het moment dat ze met hun nieuwe wagen de baan op gaan. Je werkt met duidelijke doelen, haalt energie uit gesprekken en weet van aanpakken, ook in het weekend.

Jouw belangrijkste taken:

  • Opvolgen van inkomende leads en omzetten naar effectieve verkopen.
  • Klanten telefonisch adviseren en begeleiden doorheen het volledige verkoopproces.
  • Een persoonlijke offerte en voorstel op maat uitwerken, inclusief uitleg over wagens, opties en bijkomende diensten.
  • De klanttevredenheid bewaken en meebouwen aan een sterk imago van onze klant.

Je hoeft geen 10 jaar ervaring te hebben, maar je moet wel weten hoe je iemand overtuigt.

  • Ervaring in verkoop is een pluspunt.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
  • Je hebt een commerciële flair, verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en een flinke dosis enthousiasme.
  • Je werkt graag zelfstandig en neemt initiatief.
  • Je bent bereid om ook in het weekend te werken.
  • Interesse in auto’s is absoluut noodzakelijk.
