Deze groeiende onderneming is dé specialist in slaapcomfort en beddengoed. Ze bieden vrijwel alles aan wat je nodig hebt in je slaapkamer: boxsprings, matrassen, bedden, lattenbodems, kussens, dekbedden, badjassen, nachtmode, enz. Met momenteel 23 fysieke winkels en een webshop is het een bloeiende speler in de sector.

Wat mag je verwachten van jouw takenpakket?

  • Je zorgt voor een warm en professioneel onthaal van klanten in de showroom.
  • Bij een verkoop stel je een offerte op en bereken je de juiste prijs. Je registreert de bestelling meteen in het ERP-systeem, zodat je de klant correct kunt informeren over levertermijnen.
  • Tijdens je eerste zes maanden volg je een uitgebreide opleiding in verschillende filialen. Zo leer je alles over de toonzaal, het verkoopproces en je rol als adviserend verkoper.
  • Wanneer het druk is in een ander filiaal, kan je gevraagd worden om daar tijdelijk bij te springen.
  • Je adviseert klanten bij hun keuze, met uitleg over bijvoorbeeld verschillende matrastypes, afmetingen, materialen, stoffen en prijzen.
  • Indien de klant in schijven wil betalen, bereken en ontvang je het voorschot, inclusief de nodige administratie.
  • Je labelt producten en richt bedden mooi in. Je zorgt ervoor dat de showroom er steeds netjes en aantrekkelijk uitziet.
  • Je hebt een rijbewijs en een eigen wagen, dit is een absolute must om verplaatsingen tussen de winkels mogelijk te maken.
  • Je bent de Nederlandse taal machtig om klanten vlot te kunnen adviseren maar ook om orders in het systeem te verwerken.
  • Weekendwerk schrikt je niet af. Je zal vaak op zaterdag een volledige dag werken (10-18u). De winkels zijn ook open op zondag, dan zal je een halve dag werken (14-18u).
  • Je bent een open, energieke en warme persoonlijkheid en straalt dat ook uit naar je klanten en collega's. Sociaal vaardig zijn is heel belangrijk.
  • Je hebt eerder al eens een adviserende rol op jou genomen. Een product toelichten is voor jou geen obstakel.
