Dit is geen startersfunctie. We zoeken iemand die het vak al kent: iemand die op een dak kijkt en meteen ziet wat er nodig is, die de materialen, de opbouw en de prijszetting begrijpt en die een klant met vertrouwen door zijn keuzes loodst.

Je werkt als zelfstandige, met de vrijheid om je agenda zelf in te vullen. In ruil verwachten we focus: dit is een rol die je met volle aandacht opneemt. Voltijds hoeft niet, halfslachtig werkt niet.

Je volgt de leads op die uit onze sales- en marketingwerking komen, maar je wacht er niet op. Je gaat zelf ook op zoek, bij particuliere woningen én bij bedrijfsgebouwen. D-RENO is een gekende speler in de regio en staat bekend voor mooie totaalrenovaties, dus je verkoopt iets waar je fier op kan zijn.

Wat je doet

  • Leads uit sales en marketing opvolgen en snel omzetten in afspraken
  • Zelf leads aanbrengen en prospecteren: particuliere woningen én bedrijfsgebouwen
  • Op afspraak gaan bij de klant, ook 's avonds wanneer dat de klant beter past
  • Daken opmeten, bij voorkeur met de drone, en het project correct in beeld brengen
  • Offertes opmaken in Bouwsoft, helder en volledig
  • Offertes voorstellen per mail of in gesprek en alles doen wat nodig is om te closen
  • Meedenken over oplossingen, projectmogelijkheden en ideeën voor de klant
  • Het gesloten dossier netjes overdragen aan de projectleiding

Wat we vragen

  • Aantoonbare ervaring in de verkoop van dakwerken, je kent de materialen en de techniek
  • Hunter-mentaliteit: je wacht niet op leads, je maakt ze
  • Commercieel resultaatgericht, je haalt je verkoopdoelen
  • Zelfstandig ondernemer of bereid dat te worden, met eigen wagen en ondernemingsnummer
  • Voldoende beschikbaarheid, inclusief wekelijks een moment voor avondafspraken
  • Vlot met digitale tools, ervaring met Bouwsoft is een mooi pluspunt
  • Nederlandstalig, Frans of Engels is een plus
