Als verkoper binnendienst ben jij de schakel tussen de eerste aanvraag en de uiteindelijke opdracht. Je adviseert klanten, stelt offertes op en - minstens zo belangrijk - volgt deze actief op. Jij vindt het leuk om klanten te helpen bij hun keuze én om van een aanvraag een opdracht te maken. Wat ga je doen? Als verkoper binnendienst ben jij hét aanspreekpunt voor klanten die interesse hebben in het laten spuiten van hun keuken. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Contact met klanten via telefoon, e-mail en WhatsApp - Adviseren over kleuren, stijlen en mogelijkheden - Opstellen en actief opvolgen van offertes - Klanten helpen bij het maken van de juiste keuze - Commerciële kansen herkennen en benutten - Contact houden met potentiële klanten en doorvragen waar nodig - Administratieve verwerking van opdrachten Kortom: jij zorgt ervoor dat aanvragen ook écht opdrachten worden. Wie ben jij? - Je hebt ervaring in verkoop, sales of commercieel klantcontact - Je bent communicatief sterk en overtuigend - Je vindt het leuk om te verkopen en resultaten te behalen - Je denkt in kansen en durft door te pakken - Je bent klantgericht, maar verliest het commerciële doel niet uit het oog - Je werkt gestructureerd en bent handig met verschillende systemen - Je bent fulltime beschikbaar - Je houdt van een informele werksfeer met korte lijnen Ervaring met keukens is mooi meegenomen, maar zeker geen vereiste.
