Functieomschrijving Als verkoper binnendienst in Nunspeet ben jij degene die klanten met een goed gevoel de showroom uit laat lopen. Je start je dag samen met je collega's: even een bak koffie, kort de planning doornemen en daarna ga je de showroom in. Je werkt in een modern familiebedrijf met een vast team van vijf collega's. De sfeer is informeel en persoonlijk, iedereen helpt elkaar en je kunt makkelijk schakelen als het druk is of als je even wilt overleggen. In je werk als verkoper binnendienst heb je veel contact met klanten die langskomen of bellen. Jij luistert goed naar wat iemand zoekt, stelt de juiste vragen en geeft eerlijk advies dat past bij de wensen van de klant. Daarna zorg je dat alles netjes wordt opgevolgd: je maakt offertes, verwerkt bestellingen en houdt overzicht over lopende aanvragen. Je schakelt tussendoor met collega's over de voortgang, zodat klanten snel duidelijkheid krijgen en jullie samen de dag soepel laten verlopen. Omdat elke klant en elke aanvraag anders is, blijft het werk afwisselend en voel je aan het einde van de dag dat je echt iets hebt gedaan. Je krijgt een inwerkperiode waarin je het assortiment, de werkwijze en de systemen leert kennen. Afhankelijk van hoe snel je het oppakt, kun je na ongeveer een maand al veel zelfstandig oppakken als verkoper binnendienst en krijg je steeds meer verantwoordelijkheid. Je werkt van maandag tot en met vrijdag van 08:00 tot 17:00 uur. Weekend- en feestdagendiensten zijn niet nodig, dus je vrije dagen blijven echt vrij.
