Breng jij structuur, commercieel inzicht en persoonlijke aandacht? Dan ben jij de verkoper die wij zoeken voor onze binnendienst! Functieomschrijving Als Verkoper Binnendienst Bouwmaterialen ben jij hét aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten. Je werkt samen met de buitendienst en zorgt ervoor dat elke klant zich gehoord en geholpen voelt. Je verdiept je in hun wensen, stelt scherpe vragen en weet zo altijd de juiste oplossing te bieden. Je onderhandelt met leveranciers over de beste prijzen en zorgt dat offertes overtuigend en volledig zijn. Ook de administratieve afhandeling van orders pak jij op, waardoor alles soepel verloopt. Een dag bij ons is nooit hetzelfde. Je begint met het verwerken van inkomende aanvragen, schakelt met leveranciers over actuele levertijden en denkt actief mee met de klant over hun bouwproject. Je stelt offertes op, volgt deze op en zorgt dat de orderadministratie tot in de puntjes klopt. Samen met je collega's overleg je regelmatig over nieuwe kansen en klantvragen. Jij houdt het overzicht én de energie erin. Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden: - Beheren van klantcontacten en adviseren over bouwmaterialen - Onderhandelen met leveranciers over prijzen en voorwaarden - Opstellen en opvolgen van offertes - Administratief verwerken van orders en leveringen - Actief bijdragen aan het verbeteren van processen en klanttevredenheid Dankzij jou… - Hebben klanten altijd snel en deskundig antwoord op hun vragen - Krijgen we de beste deals met leveranciers - Zijn offertes helder, concurrerend en volledig - Loopt de orderverwerking soepel en zonder fouten - Blijft ons team scherp en klantgericht werken Ben je toe aan een nieuwe stap waar je jouw commerciële en organisatorische skills verder kan ontwikkelen?
