Iets voor jou? De ene klant weet precies wat hij nodig heeft, de andere heeft vooral een probleem dat opgelost moet worden. Jij luistert, vraagt door en helpt hem verder. Nog geen verstand van hydraulische cilinders? Geen probleem. Als jij goed bent met klanten en interesse hebt in techniek, leren wij je de rest. De functie: Verkoper Binnendienst - Cilinders Als Verkoper Binnendienst ben jij een belangrijk aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten. Je krijgt te maken met heel verschillende vragen: van een klant die precies weet welke cilinder hij nodig heeft tot iemand die alleen weet wat de cilinder moet kunnen. Jij luistert, stelt de juiste vragen en helpt de klant bij het vinden van een passende oplossing. Je maakt offertes, volgt aanvragen op en begeleidt orders van aanvraag tot levering. Natuurlijk verwachten we niet dat je vanaf dag één alles weet over hydraulische cilinders. Je werkt samen met ervaren collega's die je de techniek en onze producten leren kennen. Zo kun je klanten steeds zelfstandiger adviseren en bouw je je eigen productkennis verder uit. Wat ga je doen? Als Verkoper Binnendienst - Cilinders houd jij je onder andere bezig met - Klanten telefonisch en per e-mail te woord staan. - Klantvragen over nieuwe cilinders, onderdelen, reparatie en revisie inventariseren en samen met collega's van de cilinderafdeling tot een passende oplossing komen. - Offertes opstellen voor nieuwe cilinders en onderdelen. - Offertes voor reparatie en revisie opstellen op basis van de beoordeling door onze cilinderafdeling. - Offertes actief opvolgen en contact houden met klanten. - Orders aannemen en begeleiden van aanvraag tot levering. - Overleggen met leveranciers over prijzen, levertijden en m...
