Adviseer, inspireer en maak het verschil

Als Adviseur Shop ben jij het gezicht van onze vestiging. Klanten kunnen bij jou terecht voor professioneel advies, een luisterend oor en oplossingen op maat. Of het nu gaat om een professionele aannemer of een particuliere verbouwer, dankzij jouw expertise en klantgerichte aanpak verlaten ze de shop altijd met de juiste producten én een goed gevoel.

Je bent veel meer dan een verkoper. Je bent een echte partner voor onze klanten en helpt hen mee bouwen aan hun projecten.

Jouw uitdaging

  • Je verwelkomt klanten in onze shop en adviseert hen bij de aankoop van bouwmaterialen, tegels en aanverwante producten.
  • Je luistert naar de behoeften van de klant en vertaalt deze naar passend advies en de juiste oplossingen.
  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt aan de balie en zorgt voor een vlotte en professionele service.
  • Je maakt offertes op, verwerkt bestellingen en volgt deze administratief correct op.
  • Je beantwoordt telefonische vragen en helpt klanten snel en efficiënt verder.
  • Je zorgt voor een aantrekkelijke en verzorgde shop waarin klanten gemakkelijk hun weg vinden.
  • Je blijft op de hoogte van nieuwe producten, innovaties en trends binnen de bouwsector.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je hebt ervaring in een commerciële of klantgerichte functie.
  • Je hebt affiniteit met de bouwsector en beschikt bij voorkeur over kennis van bouwmaterialen.
  • Je communiceert vlot en haalt energie uit contact met klanten.
  • Je bent leergierig en staat open om je productkennis voortdurend uit te breiden.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en administratief correct.
  • Je kan vlot overweg met de meest courante Office-toepassingen.
  • Je steekt graag de handen uit de mouwen en bent een echte teamspeler.
