Binnen deze rol combineer je klantencontact, administratieve opvolging en magazijnondersteuning binnen een dynamische werkomgeving waar samenwerking, service centraal staan.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

Als verkoopmedewerker binnen het magazijn ben je een belangrijke schakel tussen klanten, de balie en het magazijn. Je zorgt voor een uitstekende dienstverlening en ondersteunt de dagelijkse werking van het filiaal. Je verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Ontvangst van klanten, beantwoorden van vragen en geven van technisch advies op maat.
  • Opstellen van offertes, verwerken van bestellingen en nauwgezet opvolgen van orders en facturatie.
  • Ondersteuning van de dagelijkse werking aan de balie en bijdragen aan een vlotte klantenservice.
  • Nauwe samenwerking met collega’s en ondersteuning in het magazijn waar nodig.
  • Actief bijdragen aan een positieve, oplossingsgerichte werksfeer en een hoge klantentevredenheid.

Voor deze functie zoeken we een klantgerichte en hands-on collega met affiniteit voor de bouwsector en een commerciële ingesteldheid. Je profiel:

  • Ervaring binnen een commerciële functie in de bouw- of distributiesector, bij voorkeur met kennis van dak- en gevelmaterialen.
  • Sterk in klantencontact en technisch advies, met een servicegerichte aanpak in zowel het Nederlands als het Frans.
  • Georganiseerd en stressbestendig, met het vermogen om ook tijdens drukke momenten het overzicht te bewaren en initiatief te nemen.
  • Een echte teamspeler die flexibel is en graag afwisseling combineert met een praktische aanpak.
  • Vlot met computers; ervaring met ERP-systemen zoals SAP, Navision of AS400 is een plus.
  • Ervaring met een hef- of reachtruck vormt een meerwaarde. Een attest kan intern worden behaald.
