In deze functie combineer je verkoop, klantencontact en productkennis binnen een dynamische winkelomgeving.

Wat ga je doen: - Klanten professioneel ontvangen, hun behoeften analyseren en hen begeleiden naar de beste oplossing. - Persoonlijk advies geven dankzij een sterke productkennis binnen jouw afdeling. - Zorgen voor een verzorgde winkelpresentatie met correcte prijzen, aantrekkelijke displays en duidelijke promoties. - De voorraad opvolgen en zorgen dat producten tijdig beschikbaar zijn. - Verkoopacties mee ondersteunen en actief bijdragen aan commerciële doelstellingen. - Samenwerken met collega’s om een vlotte winkelwerking en optimale klantenervaring te garanderen. - Elke klant een positieve winkelervaring bieden door servicegericht en oplossingsgericht te werken. Beschikt over een klantgerichte houding en sterke communicatieve vaardigheden. Heeft een commerciële ingesteldheid en voelt zich thuis in een verkoopomgeving. Toont interesse in één of meerdere productwerelden zoals fashion, interieur, koken & tafelen, huishouden, elektro, sport & vrije tijd, doe-het-zelf, tuin & terras of dierenbenodigdheden. Werkt nauwkeurig en heeft aandacht voor orde, presentatie en detail. Neemt initiatief en denkt actief mee over verbeteringen binnen de afdeling. Spreekt vlot Nederlands; kennis van Frans is een pluspunt. Dankzij een uitgebreide opleiding wordt de nodige productkennis opgebouwd. Met begeleiding op de werkvloer zijn er verschillende mogelijkheden om verder te groeien binnen de organisatie.
