Dan ben jij misschien de collega die we zoeken! Voor Fnac zijn we op zoek naar een parttime verkoopmedewerker (vanaf 18u/week) met een sterke commerciële drive.

Je voelt je helemaal thuis in een dynamische winkelomgeving, adviseert klanten met enthousiasme en weet commerciële opportuniteiten om te zetten in succesvolle verkopen.

Als verkoopmedewerker ben jij het gezicht van Fnac.

Dankzij jouw enthousiasme en productkennis bezorg je elke klant een aangename winkelervaring. Je staat onder andere in voor:

  • Het hartelijk onthalen en adviseren van klanten.
  • Het actief verkopen van producten en het aanbieden van passende aanvullende diensten.
  • Je hebt interesse in technische producten (multmedia)

Het promoten van lidkaarten, verzekeringen, garanties en andere serviceoplossingen.

Het behalen van commerciële doelstellingen en KPI's.

  • Het opvolgen van de voorraad en het aantrekkelijk presenteren van de producten.
  • Het ordelijk en commercieel houden van jouw afdeling.
  • Samenwerken met collega's om een optimale klantenservice te garanderen.

Je bent een enthousiaste verkoper die graag contact legt met klanten en commerciële uitdagingen niet uit de weg gaat. Daarnaast beschik je over:

  • Ervaring binnen retail, verkoop of een commerciële functie.

Ervaring met het werken aan verkoopdoelstellingen, KPI's of andere commerciële targets.

Een proactieve houding: je spreekt klanten spontaan aan en detecteert verkoopkansen.

  • Een resultaatgerichte en commerciële mindset.
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een klantgerichte ingesteldheid.

Affiniteit met multimedia, technologie, cultuur of entertainment is een mooie troef.

Ervaring met de verkoop van aanvullende diensten zoals lidkaarten, verzekeringen, garanties of servicecontracten is een pluspunt.

  • Je bent flexibel inzetbaar, ook tijdens weekends en koopavonden.
  • Je werkt graag in team, maar neemt ook zelfstandig initiatief.

Je spreekt vlot Nederlands.
