Verkoper groenten & fruit

Als medewerker groente en fruit heb je een passie voor verse groenten en fruit!

Met jouw kennis breng je een onuitputtelijk enthousiasme over op de klanten en je collega’s.

Je bent het uithangbord voor de afdeling groenten en fruit! Samen met je collega’s zorg je ervoor dat de winkel er verzorgd uitziet.

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het voorbereiden en onderhouden van onze verse fruit- en groenteafdeling. Jouw dag start met het aanvullen van het assortiment en een kwaliteitscontrole. Daarnaast sta je de klant steeds met raad en daad bij tijdens hun zoektocht naar de lekkerste groenten en het sappigste fruit. Gedurende de dag zorg je dat het aanbod van jouw afdeling steeds volledig aangevuld blijft. Met een oog voor detail zorg je ervoor dat de afdeling er steeds tip top in orde uitziet!

Wat verwachten we van jou?

· Commercieel: Uw afdeling commercieel krachtig maken en klanten verleiden tot het kopen van artikelen die niet op hun lijstje stonden. Je speelt in op trends of jaarlijks terugkomende evenementen zoals sinterklaas of Halloween. Het extraatje uit je afdeling proberen te halen.

· Beschikbaarheid: Op AGF zorg je voor een goede beschikbaarheid. Zodanig dat klanten nooit artikelen misgrijpen. Goede opvolging van processen zijn hierin cruciaal. Beredeneerde beschikbaarheid op AGF is echter cruciaal.

· Derving: AGF is een van de motoren van de winkel, maar ook deze met het grootste risico op verlies. Daarom ken je je artikelen en analyseert wekelijks jouw cijfers en neemt in overleg met de Manager Vers actie om derving te herleiden tot het strikte minimum.

· Hygiëne: Met voeding werken betekent strenge eisen op gebied van voedselveiligheid. Dus afspraken dienen strikt opgevolgd worden.

· Persoonlijk: Je bent een teamspeler en je wil steeds samen in team prestaties bereiken.

· Voorkomen: een verzorgd voorkomen en nette (bedrijfs)kledij is maar evident.

Profiel

- Je spreekt Nederlands

- Je hebt een diploma secundair onderwijs of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.

- Je bent flexibel en bereid om te werken in een wisselend uurrooster.

Dit in een 5 dagen werkweek van maandag tot zondag.

- Je bent iemand met passie voor groenten en fruit.

- Je hebt kennis over de versafdeling of bent bereid hier in bij te leren.
