Als verkoop adviseur speel je een belangrijke rol in de verdere groei van de activiteiten in Noord-Frankrijk.

Jouw nieuwe functie Als adviseur ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten die een bouwproject willen realiseren. Je combineert commercieel inzicht met technische kennis en begeleidt klanten van de eerste contacten tot het uitwerken van een passend projectvoorstel.

  • je adviseert klanten bij hun bouwproject en analyseert hun technische behoeften.
  • Op basis van gesprekken met klanten, plannen en technische vereisten werk je bouwoplossingen uit.
  • Je prospecteert actief in Noord-Frankrijk en bouwt duurzame relaties uit met nieuwe en bestaande klanten.
  • Je detecteert commerciële opportuniteiten en vertaalt deze naar concrete projecten.
  • Op basis van je bouwoplossingen, plannen en technische informatie stel je prijsramingen op.
  • Het correct inschatten van materialen, hoeveelheden, oppervlaktes, volumes en werkuren vormt dus een belangrijk onderdeel van de functie.
  • In nauwe samenwerking met de interne afdelingen werk je projectvoorstellen en bouwconcepten uit.
  • Als commercieel uithangbord van de organisatie bouw je actief mee aan de verdere ontwikkeling van jouw regio.

Jouw profiel Om deze functie succesvol in te vullen zijn we op zoek naar iemand die:

  • Beschikt over een bachelor in de bouw of gelijkwaardige relevante ervaring.
  • Een sterke interesse heeft in de bouwsector en zich verder wil ontwikkelen tot expert.
  • Zelfstandig, georganiseerd en ondernemend te werk gaat.
  • Technisch inzicht heeft en vlot bouwplannen kan interpreteren.
  • Kennis heeft van bouwvoorschriften en aanbestedingsprocedures.
  • Commercieel ingesteld is en sterk is in het opbouwen van duurzame klantenrelaties.
  • Franstalig is of vlot tweetalig communiceert in het Nederlands en Frans.
  • In de omgeving woont of il wonen en bereid is actief te zijn in Noord-Frankrijk.
