Wij zijn op zoek naar een gedreven verkoper voor onze showroom in Geel. En we beloven alvast dat het avontuurlijk wordt. Want geen enkele werkdag is bij ons hetzelfde!

Functieomschrijving: Als verkoper ben jij het gezicht van ons bedrijf en speel je een cruciale rol in het adviseren en begeleiden van klanten bij de aankoop van hun droomcampervan. Jij zorgt ervoor dat klanten zich welkom voelen in onze showroom. Je begrijpt wat hun behoeften en wensen zijn en presenteert ons uitgebreid assortiment op een vlotte en heldere manier.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Verwelkomen en assisteren van klanten in de showroom. Voor jou is de klant nog altijd koning en door jouw hartelijke ontvangst bouw je dan ook snel een vertrouwensrelatie met hem op.
  • Luisteren naar de behoeften van de klanten en deze vertalen naar passende campervan-opties. Door jouw overtuigingskracht weet je ook daadwerkelijk de verkoop af te sluiten.
  • Uitgebreide productkennis opbouwen en bijhouden om klanten juist te informeren. Zo geef je hen advies over de verschillende modellen, de binneninrichting en mogelijke accessoires.
  • Opstellen van offertes, onderhouden van telefonisch contact met leads en opvolgen van potentiële klanten.
  • Zorgen voor een goede administratieve opvolging van de verkoopdossiers. Ervaring met CRM programma’s voor het opvolgen van het volledig salesproces is een pluspunt.
  • Meedenken over commerciële acties en activiteiten om Dicar te helpen groeien.
  • Bijdragen aan een overzichtelijke presentatie van de showroom.
  • Samenwerken met collega’s en management om verkoopdoelstellingen te behalen.

Wie we zoeken:

Een vlotte communicator met een verzorgd voorkomen en een passie voor motorhomes en reizen. Deze vaardigheden vink jij met gemak af:

  • Commerciële ingesteldheid die potentiële klanten weet te overtuigen.
  • Bereid om te leren en productkennis op te bouwen.
  • Je hebt een hands-on mentaliteit en bent flexibel. Je bent bereid om collega’s te helpen waar
  • nodig. Je komt terecht in een bedrijf dat volop in groei is en waar je de mogelijkheid hebt om je eigen stempel te zetten.
  • Je bent zeer luistervaardig zodat je de behoefte van de klant kan analyseren en interpreteren.
  • Communiceren is jouw ding en je bent een echte teamspeler.
  • Je voert actieve sales door o.a. het opvolgen van leads.
  • Je hebt enig technisch inzicht om productkennis sneller op te bouwen.
  • Je kan je vlot uitdrukken in het Nederlands en beschikt over een goede kennis van Frans en Engels.
  • Weekendwerk is geen probleem voor jou. Onze vestiging in Geel is open op zaterdag en zondag. Omdat je een dag in het weekend werkt, heb je recht op een vrije dag tijdens de week. Je bent ook bereid om op bepaalde feestdagen te werken.
  • In het bezit van een rijbewijs type B.
  • Een bachelor diploma is een pluspunt.
