Als Polyvalent Verkoper Multimedia ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor klanten in de winkel. Met jouw enthousiasme en productkennis geef je persoonlijk advies, denk je mee met de klant en zorg je ervoor dat iedereen met een tevreden gevoel de winkel verlaat. Je verkoopt niet zomaar een product, maar zorgt voor een complete en aangename winkelervaring.

  • Je verwelkomt klanten met een glimlach en luistert naar hun wensen en behoeften.
  • Je geeft persoonlijk en professioneel advies over elektro- en multimediaproducten zoals tv's, audio, smartphones, laptops en accessoires.
  • Je maakt klanten wegwijs in de verschillende mogelijkheden en legt technische informatie op een duidelijke manier uit.
  • Je kent je producten en weet ook welke services en extra mogelijkheden relevant zijn voor de klant.
  • Je begeleidt de klant van het eerste advies tot de uiteindelijke aankoop.
  • Je speelt commercieel in op de behoeften van de klant en draagt bij aan het behalen van de verkoopdoelstellingen.
  • Je zorgt mee voor een nette, aantrekkelijke en verzorgde winkel.
  • Je blijft op de hoogte van nieuwe producten, technologieën en trends.
  • Je werkt samen met je collega's en draagt bij aan een positieve teamsfeer.
  • Je hebt een sterke interesse in elektro, multimedia en technologie.
  • Je bent klantgericht en vindt het belangrijk om klanten écht goed te adviseren.
  • Je hebt een commerciële ingesteldheid en haalt voldoening uit het behalen van resultaten.
  • Je bent enthousiast, energiek en communicatief sterk.
  • Je kunt technische informatie op een eenvoudige en begrijpelijke manier uitleggen.
  • Ervaring in winkelverkoop is een pluspunt, maar geen must. Motivatie en de juiste ingesteldheid zijn minstens zo belangrijk.
  • Je bent flexibel inzetbaar en zaterdagwerk vormt geen probleem. In ruil krijg je een vrije dag tijdens de week.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands.
