Functieomschrijving: Als Verkoper Sanitair & Keukens werk je in een uitgebreide showroom waar klanten terecht kunnen voor onder andere sanitair, badkamers, keukens en tegels. Jij neemt de tijd om hun wensen goed te leren kennen en vertaalt deze naar een passend en praktisch ontwerp. De ene klant heeft al precies voor ogen wat hij wil, terwijl de andere klant juist behoefte heeft aan inspiratie en advies. Jij denkt mee over indeling, mogelijkheden, kleuren, materialen en actuele trends en helpt de klant stap voor stap bij het maken van de juiste keuzes. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Ontvangen en adviseren van klanten in de showroom; - Inventariseren van wensen, mogelijkheden en budget; - Adviseren over sanitair, keukens, tegels, kleuren en materialen; - Maken en uitwerken van ontwerpen in een 3D-tekenprogramma; - Opstellen en opvolgen van offertes; - Verwerken van bestellingen en orders in het systeem; - Contact onderhouden met klanten over lopende aanvragen en bestellingen; - Ondersteunen van collega's in de showroom waar nodig. Het is daarmee een afwisselende functie waarin advies, commercie, creativiteit en techniek mooi samenkomen.
