Voor onze moderne en dynamische supermarkt in Ingelmunster zijn wij op zoek naar een enthousiaste en gedreven collega om onze versafdeling (groenten, fruit én bakkerij) te versterken.

Jouw uitdaging op de werkvloer Als expert van de versafdeling en de bakkerij ben jij hét visitekaartje van onze winkel. Samen met een hecht team van leuke collega's zorg je ervoor dat de winkel er op elk moment van de dag onberispelijk en uitnodigend uitziet.

Wat ga je concreet doen?

  • Kwaliteitsbewaking & Presentatie: Je dag start met een grondige kwaliteitscontrole en het zorgvuldig aanvullen van het assortiment. Je zorgt ervoor dat de groenten, het fruit en de bakkerijproducten er steeds tiptop bij liggen.
  • Klantenservice: Je staat klanten met raad en daad bij tijdens hun zoektocht naar de lekkerste producten en adviseert hen met plezier.
  • Voorraadbeheer: Gedurende de dag monitor je de versheid en de beschikbaarheid van de producten, zodat het aanbod continu aangevuld blijft.
  • Hygiëne & Orde: Met oog voor detail zorg je dat jouw afdelingen voldoen aan de hoogste hygiënestandaarden.

Belangrijk om te weten: Omdat wij onze klanten 7 dagen per week de allerbeste kwaliteit willen bieden, is de winkel dagelijks geopend van 08:00u tot 20:00u. Je werkt in een wisselend uurrooster (werkweek van 5 dagen) waarbij de vroegste shift start om 06:00u 's ochtends. Bereidheid om in het weekend en op feestdagen te werken is voor deze rol essentieel.

  • Ervaring: Je hebt bij voorkeur al enige relevante ervaring opgedaan binnen de verkoop, retail of de voedingssector.
  • Taal: Je spreekt en begrijpt uitstekend Nederlands om onze klanten optimaal te kunnen helpen.
  • Energie & Drive: Je barst van de energie, bent uiterst klantgericht en zet de bezoeker altijd op de eerste plaats. Je wil het elke dag beter doen!
  • Fysiek: Je deinst er niet voor terug om de handen uit de mouwen te steken; fysiek zwaarder werk (zoals het tillen van kratten) schrikt jou niet af.
  • Mentaliteit: Je hebt oog voor detail, werkt uiterst hygiënisch, nauwkeurig en beschikt over een gezond gevoel voor verantwoordelijkheid.
