FUNCTIE OMSCHRIJVING

Heb jij een hart voor dieren en haal je energie uit klanten adviseren? Voor deze klant zijn wij op zoek naar een enthousiaste verkoper/verkoopster voor de dierenafdeling. In deze afwisselende functie combineer je dierenverzorging met klantenservice en zorg je mee voor een aantrekkelijke en verzorgde afdeling.

Als verkoper/verkoopster op de dierenafdeling ben je verantwoordelijk voor dit gevarieerd takenpakket:

- Je staat in voor de dagelijkse verzorging en het welzijn van de dieren.

- Je verwelkomt klanten en geeft hen professioneel advies over dieren, voeding en accessoires.

- Je zorgt ervoor dat de afdeling steeds ordelijk, netjes en aantrekkelijk oogt.

- Je helpt mee bij het aanvullen, onderhouden en vernieuwen van het assortiment.

- Je draagt bij aan een vlotte en klantgerichte winkelervaring.

PROFIEL

- Je beschikt over een diploma Dierenzorg of relevante werkervaring binnen de sector.

- Een FELASA B-certificaat is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste.

- Je bent georganiseerd en kan je werk goed plannen.

- Je werkt zowel zelfstandig als vlot samen met collega's.

- Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en kan je mondeling goed uitdrukken in het Frans.

- Je bent bereid om één weekend op twee te werken.

- Je hebt een commerciële ingesteldheid en passie voor dieren.
