Je komt terecht in een kantoor dat het voorbije jaar een sterke ontwikkeling heeft doorgemaakt. Het team is jong, dynamisch en volop bezig met de verdere uitbouw van de dienstverlening.

Vandaag ligt de focus voornamelijk op particuliere klanten. Tegelijk kijkt het kantoor vooruit: vanaf 2027 wil het sterker inzetten op professionele klanten en in 2028 verder op die groei inspelen.

Binnen het team zijn er verschillende specialisaties, met een duidelijke focus op vermogen, kredieten en verzekeringen. Als vermogensadviseur krijg je de ruimte om je eigen expertise verder uit te bouwen. Je wordt daarbij niet aan je lot overgelaten: er zijn wekelijkse teamvergaderingen om doelstellingen en resultaten te bespreken en er wordt op individuele momenten stilgestaan bij je persoonlijke ontwikkeling.

Naast het werk is er ook ruimte voor teamactiviteiten. Denk aan bowling, regelmatige lunches en activiteiten zoals Waregem Koerse, de jaarmarkt en de kerstmarkt. Nieuwe collega's worden bovendien verwelkomd met een ontbijt.

Jobomschrijving

Als vermogensadviseur ligt je focus op het financiële vermogen van particuliere klanten. Je werkt sterk vanuit advies en klantencontact en krijgt daarbij steeds meer verantwoordelijkheid.

Je takenpakket omvat onder andere:

  • Je gaat met particuliere klanten in gesprek over hun vermogen en financiële doelstellingen.
  • Je brengt hun financiële situatie en verwachtingen in kaart.
  • Je geeft advies rond vermogensopbouw en beleggingen.
  • Je bespreekt oplossingen binnen onder meer levensverzekeringen.
  • Je bouwt geleidelijk kennis op rond kredieten, zoals hypothecaire kredieten en leningen op afbetaling.
  • Je neemt actief contact op met bestaande klanten om nieuwe gesprekken en afspraken te creëren.
  • Je werkt eerst de klanten met de hoogste prioriteit aan en neemt daarna zelfstandig de overige klantenlijsten op.
  • Je volgt je afspraken en klantendossiers nauwgezet op.
  • Je denkt mee over de verdere uitbouw van de klantenrelatie.
  • Je werkt samen met de andere specialisten binnen het kantoor en draagt bij aan de gezamenlijke doelstellingen.

De functie is bewust adviesgericht. Je besteedt minder tijd aan administratie en meer tijd aan gesprekken, klantenbegeleiding en het uitbouwen van relaties.

Voor deze functie is ervaring binnen vermogensadvies niet noodzakelijk. Ook een enthousiaste schoolverlater kan in aanmerking komen.

We zoeken vooral iemand met:

  • Een uitgesproken interesse in vermogen, beleggen en financiële markten.
  • Een commerciële mindset.
  • Veel goesting om bij te leren en jezelf verder te ontwikkelen.
  • De durf om zelf klanten te contacteren en afspraken te genereren.
  • Een klantgerichte en professionele communicatiestijl.
  • Een ondernemende houding: je wacht niet af, maar neemt zelf initiatief.
  • Een gezonde ambitie om op termijn steeds meer verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen.
  • Een vlotte kennis van het Nederlands.

Een masterdiploma of een opleiding bank- en verzekeringen is een belangrijke troef. Hierdoor beschik je over een relevante financiële basis en hoeven bepaalde FSMA-opleidingen niet opnieuw afgelegd te worden.
