Want jij helpt hun vermogen groeien, en beheert en beschermt hun beleggingsportefeuille alsof het die van jou zou zijn. Om dat partnerschap te kunnen bereiken, is het nodig dat je proactief inzet op contacten leggen met vrije beroepers binnen jouw regio. Met jouw doelgerichte aanpak ben je zelf de motor van de verdere uitbouw van jouw klantenportefeuille . Het profiel - Je hebt interesse in de boeiende wereld van vrije beroepers en ondernemingen. - Je bent sterk in connecteren met klanten en weet hun behoeftes en noden als de beste te (h)erkennen. - Je hebt een neus voor zakelijke opportuniteiten en speelt daar vanuit je initiatiefrijke en gedreven mindset met plezier op in. Je houdt ervan om je eigen klantennetwerk verder uit te bouwen. - Je durft te zeggen waar het op staat en weet met je overtuigingskracht klanten en collega's over de streep te trekken. Dat combineer je met inlevingsvermogen en een empathische communicatie. - Ervaring in een bankomgeving of finance geeft je een stapje voor. Maar nog belangrijker is je goesting om je expertise als vermogenspartner doorheen je loopbaan verder te willen ontwikkelen. - Je hebt een master- of bachelordiploma op zak. - Onze lokale verankering is onze sterkte. Je bent bereid om jouw focus op de regio WAPI te leggen en om daar langdurige klantenrelaties op te bouwen. - Je spreekt en schrijft zeer goed Frans. Ook het Nederlands beheers je erg goed.
