Als Verpacker/Qualitätsprüfer spielen Sie eine wesentliche Rolle bei der Sicherstellung der Produktqualität und des reibungslosen Ablaufs der Logistikprozesse. Sie übernehmen die Endkontrolle der Teile, deren Verpackung sowie deren Weiterleitung unter Einhaltung der internen Verfahren.

Qualitätskontrolle: - Sichtprüfung der Endkonformität der Teile. - Trennung von konformen, verdächtigen und nicht konformen Teilen. - Konsequente Anwendung der Qualitätskontrollkriterien. - Identifizieren, kennzeichnen, isolieren und melden Sie unverzüglich jedes zweifelhafte Teil. - Dokumentieren Sie festgestellte Abweichungen und informieren Sie unverzüglich den Teamleiter. - Unterbinden Sie sofort jede wiederkehrende Abweichung. - Dem Rex-Bediener ein klares Feedback geben, um eine Wiederholung der Fehler zu vermeiden. - Die internen Anforderungen hinsichtlich Qualität, Rückverfolgbarkeit und Kennzeichnung einhalten.

Verpackung und Logistik: - Die Produkte ordnungsgemäß vorbereiten, verpacken, verstauen und abtransportieren. - Den sicheren Transport von Materialien und Produkten gewährleisten. - Die Produktionsbereiche bedarfsgerecht versorgen, ohne dass es zu Lieferengpässen kommt. - Die Kennzeichnung, Lagerung und Konsistenz der Lagerbewegungen überprüfen. - Für eine saubere, ordentliche und sichere Arbeitsumgebung sorgen. - Die Vorschriften für den Warenverkehr, die Verladung und die Lagerung einhalten. - Effizient mit den Mitarbeitern und dem Teamleiter zusammenarbeiten, um Fehler oder Versorgungsengpässe zu vermeiden.
