* Erstellung, Bewertung und Abstimmung von Verpackungskonzepten für Bauteile mit internen Fachbereichen, Lieferant_innen und weiteren Prozesspartner_innen * Planung, Budgetierung und Beschaffung von Standard- und Spezialladungsträgern für laufende und neue Fahrzeugprojekte * Ausschreibung von Ladungsträgerkonzepten inklusive Angebotsbewertung sowie Verfolgung von Kosten-, Termin- und Qualitätszielen * Erstellung und Aufbereitung von Projektbeschreibungen beziehungsweise Lastenheften für Angebotsausschreibungen * Koordination und Durchführung von Ladungsträger-Bemusterungen, Prototypenabnahmen und Serienfreigaben. * Planung und Optimierung von Behälterkreisläufen inklusive Berechnung von Umlaufbeständen, Sicherheitsbeständen und Behälterverfügbarkeiten für Mehrweg-Ladungsträger sowie Abstimmung mit den betroffenen Prozesspartner_innen * Dokumentation und Pflege relevanter Stammdaten in den vorgesehenen Systemen * Koordination der Erstbereitstellung von Ladungsträgern bei Lieferant_innen sowie Einleitung geeigneter Maßnahmen bei Abweichungen * Laufende Analyse und Optimierung bestehender Verpackungskonzepte einschließlich Bewertung von Änderungen und deren logistischer Auswirkungen * Erstellung und Umsetzung von modernen Materialflusskonzepten unter Einsatz autonomer Transportlösungen (AMR/AGV) und innovativer Bereitstellungsstrategien * Koordination von Wartungen, Reparaturen und Umbauten an Ladungsträgern * Direkte_r Ansprechpartner_in für Lieferant_innen und interne Schnittstellen bei allen relevanten Ladungsträgerthemen

Wonach wir suchen

* Erfolgreich abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung, zum Beispiel Werkmeister:in, HTL, FH oder TU, alternativ eine vergleichbare kaufmännisch-technische Ausbildung * Berufserfahrung im Bereich Logistik, Verpackungsplanung oder Supply Chain Management (Automotive von Vorteil) * Fundierte MS-Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere in Excel, PowerPoint und Word * entsprechende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift. * Bereitschaft zu Dienstreisen * CAD-Grundkenntnisse beziehungsweise Erfahrung mit 3D-CAD-Systemen wie CATIA V5, AutoCAD sind von Vorteil * Organisationsstärke, Verhandlungsgeschick und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise * Kommunikationsstärke, wirtschaftliches Denken, Flexibilität und Konfliktfähigkeit
