Zoek jij een veelzijdige sleutelrol waarin je zowel de logistieke keten als de verpakkingsstromen strak organiseert? Voor een financieel gezonde, sterk groeiende onderneming in de regio Moorslede zoeken wij een gedreven Verpakkings- en Logistiek Verantwoordelijke. In deze functie neem je het voortouw op de werkvloer, stuur je het team aan en til je de operationele processen naar een hoger niveau.

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruit zien?

  • Aansturing & planningsbeheer: Je bent de drijvende kracht op de vloer. Je verdeelt de dagelijkse taken optimaal, bewaakt de werkverdeling en zorgt voor een vlekkeloze afhandeling van alle inkomende en uitgaande goederen- én verpakkingsstromen.
  • Teamcoaching: Als toegankelijk leidinggevende motiveer en begeleid je de medewerkers. Je bouwt aan een hechte groepsdynamiek en stimuleert hen in hun dagelijkse groei.
  • Proces- & kwaliteitsverbetering: Je brengt verpakkings- en logistieke methodes in kaart, sporing knelpunten op en voert gerichte efficiëntieverbeteringen door.
  • Voorraad & ketenafstemming: Je waarborgt een nauwkeurige voorraadadministratie en schakelt continu met de afdelingen Productie, Planning en Transport om de keten optimaal op elkaar af te stemmen.
  • Prestatiebewaking: Je stelt relevante KPI's op en monitort de resultaten om de afgesproken afdelingsdoelen op vlak van tijdigheid en kwaliteit consistent te behalen.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor werk- en denkniveau (of bent gelijkwaardig door relevante ervaring in logistiek, packaging of distributie).
  • Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring in het leidinggeven aan of coördineren van een operationele ploeg.
  • Je bent organisatorisch sterk, pragmatisch ingesteld en denkt altijd in oplossingen.
  • Je beschikt over uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en weet een team moeiteloos mee te krijgen.
  • Vlotte beheersing van het Nederlands; kennis van het Frans of Engels is een duidelijke plus.
