Voor een ambitieuze, financieel stabiele speler in de omgeving van Roeselare zijn we op zoek naar een krachtige Verpakkings- en Logistiek Verantwoordelijke. Een rol waarin jij het voortouw neemt op de vloer, je mensen inspireert en operationele stromen continue stroomlijnt.

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruit zien?

  • Operationele leiding: Je bent het aanspreekpunt in de praktijk. Je verdeelt werkzaamheden slim, bewaakt de voortgang van in- en uitgaande ladingen en waarborgt een continue doorloop van verpakkingsmaterialen.
  • Mensen stimuleren: Je coacht de medewerkers op de werkvloer, borgt een prettige samenwerking en helpt het team om dagelijks het beste uit zichzelf te halen.
  • Procesoptimalisatie: Je analyseert de bestaande werkmethoden rond verpakking en opslag, identificeert vertragingen of foutmarges en voert effectieve verbeteringen door.
  • Interne afstemming & voorraad: Je houdt de voorraadgegevens op orde en overlegt intensief met productie, voorbereiding en expediteurs om de keten naadloos op elkaar aan te laten sluiten.
  • Sturen op resultaat: Aan de hand van heldere prestatie-indicatoren bewaak je de doorlooptijden, kwaliteit en afdelingsdoelstellingen.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Werk- en denkniveau: HBO/Bachelor werk- en denkniveau, verkregen via een diploma of door aantoonbare ervaring binnen logistiek, distributie of packaging.
  • Ervaring: Aantoonbare staat van dienst in het aansturen, coördineren of aanjagen van operationele teams.
  • Competenties: Een no-nonsense instelling, sterk organisatievermogen en een pragmatische, oplossingsgerichte aanpak.
  • Communicatie: Sterke sociale vaardigheden en de capaciteit om een team te verbinden en te enthousiasmeren.
  • Talen: Uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands. Basiskennis van het Frans of Engels is een plus.
