Jij bedient dagelijks machines, voert kwaliteitscontroles uit en doet basisonderhoud, waarbij je ondersteuning krijgt van technische collega's bij complexere storingen. Het werk vindt plaats in een tweeploegensysteem en is gericht op het behalen van productie- en kwaliteitsdoelstellingen. Er is aandacht voor opleiding en ontwikkeling, zodat je kunt doorgroeien naar specialistische of leidinggevende functies. Het salaris ligt tussen de €2600 en €4000 per maand, met secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden zoals 25 vakantiedagen, reiskostenvergoeding en pensioenregeling. Functie-inhoud - Je bedient, stelt in en bewaakt zelfstandig verpakkingsmachines. - Je stelt de verpakkingsmachines nauwkeurig in om productie- en kwaliteitsdoelstellingen te behalen. - Je bewaakt continu het productieproces en registreert productiegegevens om kwaliteit te waarborgen. - Je voert kwaliteitscontroles uit en neemt corrigerende maatregelen bij afwijkingen. - Je voert eerstelijns onderhoud en schoonmaakwerkzaamheden uit volgens HACCP- en veiligheidsvoorschriften en schakelt technische ondersteuning in bij storingen. - Je werkt met half- tot volautomatische verpakkingslijnen met PLC-besturing en SCADA-achtige procesmonitoring en voert instellen van recepten en eerstelijns storingsanalyse uit voordat je opschaalt naar technische dienst of ploegleider.
