Functie-inhoud - Je houdt een toegewezen verpakkingslijn draaiende en veilig. - Je bedient en bewaakt de verpakkingslijn en stelt machines fijn af bij productwissels. - Je voert kwaliteitscontroles uit en registreert resultaten in digitale systemen. - Je lost kleine storingen op en schakelt de technische dienst in bij grotere storingen. - Je voert eerstelijns onderhoud uit en vervangt eenvoudige onderdelen aan flowpackers, traysealers en etiketters. - Je vult verpakkingsmateriaal aan en ondersteunt collega’s bij ombouw en productwissels. - Je werkt met PLC-gestuurde verpakkingslijnen met HMI-bediening en semi- tot volledig geautomatiseerde flows en rapporteert verbeterpunten om uitval en afval te verminderen. - MBO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur richting Techniek of Procestechniek. - 0-2 jaar relevante werkervaring in een productieomgeving als junior operator. - Technisch inzicht en mechanische handvaardigheid voor eerstelijns onderhoud. - Ervaring met kwaliteitscontroles en digitaal registreren van resultaten. - Bereidheid en ervaring met werken in een 3-ploegendienst. - Nauwkeurigheid, veiligheidsbewustzijn en teamgerichte werkhouding.
