Er is aandacht voor opleiding en ontwikkeling zodat je technische vaardigheden kunt uitbreiden en doorgroeien binnen de organisatie. De functie van Verpakkingsoperator vraagt om nauwkeurigheid, technisch inzicht en een focus op productkwaliteit, met een salaris van €2600 - €4000 per maand. Functie-inhoud - Je bedient, bouwt om en bewaakt verpakkingslijnen. - Je stelt computergestuurde verpakkingsmachines in en voert change-overs uit. - Je bedient meerdere verpakkingslijnen en bewaakt een veilige en efficiënte productie. - Je controleert productkwaliteit en voert kwaliteitscontroles uit in samenwerking met inspectie. - Je verhelpt veelvoorkomende storingen en ondersteunt onderhoudsmonteurs bij complexere storingen. - Je draagt bij aan procesoptimalisatie en rapporteert afwijkingen aan de ploegleiding. Functie-eisen - MBO opleiding in Elektrotechniek, Werktuigbouwkunde of vergelijkbaar. - Aantoonbare ervaring als operator of in een productieomgeving, bij voorkeur 1 tot 2 jaar. - Technisch inzicht en affiniteit met mechanische en elektrische systemen. - Ervaring met change-overs en het instellen van verpakkingsmachines. - Nauwkeurige werkhouding en aandacht voor productkwaliteit. - Basis computervaardigheden voor digitale registratie en productie-systemen. - Beschikbaarheid voor 40 uur per week en inzetbaar in vaste ploegendiensten indien nodig.
