Deze organisatie produceert verpakte producten voor de food-sector. Veiligheid, hygiëne en kwaliteitsbewaking staan centraal in het productieproces. Jij bedient de machines en voert kwaliteitscontroles uit volgens geldende procedures. Je verhelpt snel kleine storingen en werkt samen met onderhoudsteams om de productkwaliteit te waarborgen. Je ontwikkelt technische vaardigheden via trainingen en werkt zelfstandig binnen de hygiëne- en kwaliteitsnormen. Het salaris ligt tussen €2600 en €4000 per maand en er zijn secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden die passen bij de functie van Verpakkingsoperator. Functie-inhoud - Jij bedient en onderhoudt verpakkingsmachines en bewaakt de productielijn. - Jij assembleert en stelt producten en verpakkingsformaten gereed volgens kwaliteitsvoorschriften. - Jij voert kwaliteitscontroles uit en rapporteert afwijkingen direct. - Jij ondersteunt bij kleine storingen en voert basisonderhoud uit. - Jij coördineert en begeleidt productiemedewerkers op de lijn en zorgt voor een veilige werkomgeving. - Jij werkt in een food-grade productieomgeving met verpakte snacks en kant-en-klaar maaltijden. - Jij bedient PLC-gestuurde verpakkingsmachines met HMI-panelen op meerdere lijnen in een semi-geautomatiseerde, hoog-volume productie. - Jij bent zelfstandig verantwoordelijk voor het opzetten van een verpakkingslijn en voert eenvoudige ombouwwerkzaamheden uit. - Jij verhelpt mechanische blokkades, vervangt eenvoudige onderdelen en schakelt de technische dienst in bij complexe storingen. - Jij voert visuele controles en gewichtsmetingen uit, neemt steekproeven en registreert kwaliteitsdata digitaal. - Jij neemt actief deel aan verbeterteams en doet voorstellen ter vermindering van uitvaltijd en verhoging van efficiëntie. - Jij werkt in ploegendiensten met flexibiliteit in roosters. Functie-eisen - MBO-opleiding richting Techniek, Procesindustrie of Elektrotechniek of vergelijkbaar. - Minimaal 1 jaar ervaring in een productieomgeving of met verpakkingsmachi.
