Functieomschrijving: Als verpakkingsoperator ben jij de baas over het productieproces. Je bedient de machines via slimme schermen. Jouw werkdag is gevarieerd en bevat veel verschillende taken.

Je stelt de machines in op de juiste temperatuur en snelheid. Je zorgt dat de verpakkingen precies goed gevuld worden. Ondertussen houd je alle gegevens bij in de administratie. Storingen meld je direct en je lost kleine problemen zelf op. Ook controleer je of de kwaliteit van de producten aan de eisen voldoet. Je wisselt tijdig materialen om de lijn draaiende te houden. Samen met je team denk je na over manieren om het proces beter te maken. Tot slot houd je jouw werkplek netjes en veilig.
