Onze productielocatie in Breda is hét kloppend hart van onze productie van Mentos. Voor onze Verpakkingsafdeling zoeken we een gedreven: Verpakkingsoperator C 36 uur per week Standplaats: Breda Hier hebben we jou nodig! Als Verpakkingsoperator C ben jij de inhoudelijke specialist van onze Verpakkingsafdeling. Jij zorgt ervoor dat ons wereldwijd bekende snoep perfect wordt verpakt, of het nu gaat om rollen, displaydozen of mixzakken. Samen met jouw ploeg van 10-15 collega's, een mooie mix van A- tot C-Operators, zorg je ervoor dat iedere dag de klus wordt geklaard! Binnen deze functie bedien je niet alleen zelfstandig complexe machines en installaties, maar voer je ook technische en coördinerende werkzaamheden uit. Je ondersteunt andere Operators, leidt nieuwe collega's op en adviseert de Shift Supervisor over praktische zaken. Samen met je collega's zorg je voor een soepel lopend verpakkingsproces in onze moderne productieomgeving. Het belang van jouw rol Dankzij jouw technische kennis en ervaring weet je storingen snel op te lossen en de juiste afstellingen te maken, zodat het proces efficiënt en zonder onderbrekingen verloopt. Daarnaast ben je het aanspreekpunt voor collega's aan de lijn en speel je een coördinerende rol binnen het team. Je houdt het overzicht, stuurt bij waar nodig en zorgt ervoor dat iedereen weet wat er moet gebeuren. Jouw scherpe oog voor detail en gevoel voor verantwoordelijkheid maken het verschil: jij bewaakt de kwaliteit, veiligheid en continuïteit van onze productie.
