The posting

Graag verantwoordelijkheid over een verpakkingslijn en niet bang van een frisse werkomgeving? Als verpakkingsoperator zorg je ervoor dat verse maaltijden correct verpakt, gedateerd en verzendklaar gemaakt worden. Je bedient de machines, volgt de planning en controleert kwaliteit voordat de producten naar de klant vertrekken.

Wat ga je doen?

Je werkt op de expeditieafdeling van een grote voedingsproducent in Destelbergen. Daar zit je helemaal aan het einde van het productieproces. Wat bij jou passeert, moet correct verpakt en op tijd klaarstaan voor verzending.

• Je bedient twee verschillende verpakkingsmachines

• Je plaatst etikettenrollen en stelt de juiste verpakkingsparameters in

• Je roept werkorders op en meldt ze af via het bedieningsscherm

• Je stelt de printer en metaaldetector correct in

• Je controleert de positionering van etiketten en stelt de juiste houdbaarheidsdatum in

• Je regelt de robot af die producten in bakken plaatst en vervolgens op paletten zet

• Je controleert aantallen, omverpakking en houdbaarheidsdata

• Je volgt de productieplanning nauwgezet zodat bestellingen tijdig kunnen vertrekken

• Je voert kwaliteitscontroles en veiligheidscontroles uit aan de lijn

• Je registreert de uitgevoerde controles correct op de voorziene kwaliteitsdocumenten

Je werkt dus niet alleen met je handen. Een deel van de job bestaat uit machines instellen, gegevens controleren en de planning bewaken. De werkomgeving is gekoeld, tussen 4 en 8 graden. Dat hoort bij werken met verse voeding en is belangrijk om vooraf te weten.

Wie zoeken we echt?

• Je kunt vlot genoeg met een computer werken om machines en werkorders te bedienen

• Je kunt je voldoende uitdrukken in het Nederlands of Engels om veilig en correct te werken

• Je werkt zelfstandig, gestructureerd en volgens planning

• Je kunt fysiek werk uitvoeren

• Werken in een gekoelde omgeving van 4 tot 8 graden is voor jou haalbaar

• Je bent beschikbaar voor twee ploegen tussen 6u en 22u30

• Je werkt nauwkeurig, zeker wanneer het over kwaliteit, aantallen en houdbaarheidsdata gaat

Ervaring met deze specifieke machines wordt niet gevraagd. Je krijgt intern de nodige opleiding.
