Als verpleegkundig begeleider werk je dagelijks mee in de zorg en begeleiding van ouder wordende bewoners en cliënten met een ernstige meervoudige beperking. Je bent in de basis meewerkend begeleider en staat dicht bij de bewoners, waardoor je hun welzijn, behoeftes en signalen goed leert kennen. Vanuit jouw verpleegkundige expertise observeer je veranderingen in gezondheid, gedrag of emoties en weet je deze te duiden en op de juiste manier op te volgen. Je bewaakt de kwaliteit van verpleegkundige zorg binnen het team, levert waardevolle input voor het persoonlijk plan en zorgt ervoor dat verpleegkundige kennis goed geborgd is. Wanneer nodig schakel je snel en effectief op met de medische dienst, waarmee je een korte lijn hebt. Ook ondersteun en coach je collegas bij verpleegkundige vraagstukken en draag je met jouw kennis, ervaring en persoonlijke betrokkenheid bij aan een veilige, stabiele en betekenisvolle leefomgeving voor de bewoners.

Zet jouw verpleegkundige kennis in waar het écht telt en maak dagelijks het verschil voor oudere mensen met een ernstige meervoudige beperking (EMB). Bij Vanboeijen combineer je deskundigheid, nabijheid en hart voor zorg. Als verpleegkundig begeleider ben je in de basis meewerkend begeleider: je staat naast de bewoners en cliënten én zet jouw verpleegkundige expertise in om de kwaliteit van zorg te verhogen. Je borgt verpleegkundige kennis, signaleert veranderingen in gezondheid, ondersteunt collegas en vormt de verbinding tussen teams, medische dienst en kwaliteitsverpleegkundigen. Zo breng je verpleegkundige zorg dichter bij de bewoners en draag je bij aan een veilige, betekenisvolle leefomgeving. Daarnaast biedt Vanboeijen volop mogelijkheden voor ontwikkeling, zoals een speciaal ontwikkelprogramma voor verpleegkundig begeleiders, terugkombijeenkomsten en ondersteuning bij het her registreren van je BIG, naast interne cursussen en opleidingen om je vakmanschap verder te versterken.
