Onze locaties Schoenmakersland (Bunschoten), Meetpuntlaan (Amersfoort) en Papagenohuis (Laren) bieden een veilige, ontwikkelgerichte woonomgeving voor cliënten met een licht verstandelijke beperking (LVB), soms met complexe problematieken en/of hulpvragen. Jouw standplaats is Schoenmakersland, waar je 50% van je tijd werkt als begeleider en direct ondersteuning biedt aan de cliënten. De overige 50% van je werkzaamheden bestaat uit verpleegtechnische taken, die je uitvoert over alle drie de locaties. Wij zijn op zoek naar meer expertise op onze begeleidende locaties, waar er geen directe zorgvraag ligt, maar de nadruk op begeleiding ligt. In deze functie breng je je kennis van verpleegkunde in, deel je deze met collega's en monitor je actief het welzijn van onze cliënten. Dit maakt de functie afwisselend, uitdagend en erg betekenisvol. Ben jij iemand met een klinische blik, die ziet wanneer een wondje extra aandacht nodig heeft of de vitale functies van een cliënt in de gaten houdt? Werk je graag op 24-uurs locaties met wisselende diensten, inclusief vroeg, laat, slaapdiensten en weekenden, en heb je oog voor zowel begeleiding als verpleegkundige zorg?
