Heb jij als verpleegkundige een warm hart voor ouderen en een sterke affiniteit met palliatieve zorg? Zoek je een plek waar je écht het verschil mag maken, samen met collega’s die voor elkaar zorgen? Dan verwelkomen we je graag bij WZC De Zonnewende in Meulebeke.

Als verpleegkundige sta je in voor deskundige, warme en afgestemde zorg voor onze bewoners. Je maakt deel uit van een geëngageerd verpleegkundig team en speelt een sleutelrol in de palliatieve zorgverlening. Je plant de verpleegkundige taken, in samenwerking met de coördinatoren en jouw collega's verpleegkundigen en biedt ondersteuning waar nodig. Je vertrekt steeds vanuit de noden en wensen van onze bewoners.

Wij maken deel uit van woonzorggroep GVO, die in 2025 werd bekroond tot Zorgwerkgever van het Jaar. Die titel kregen we niet zomaar: ze weerspiegelt onze mensgerichte visie, warme zorg en de betrokkenheid van onze medewerkers in alle 10 voorzieningen.

  • Diploma: Je bent afgestudeerd als verpleegkundige en je hebt bijkomende kennis en/of ervaring in palliatieve zorg.
  • Flexibel: Je kan je vlot aanpassen aan veranderende omstandigheden.
  • Zelfstandig: Je neemt initiatief en kan de verpleegkundige taken efficiënt inplannen en zelfstandig uitvoeren, rekening houdend met het dagritme van de ouderen.
  • Teamspeler: Je overlegt vlot met je collega's en rapporteert deskundig aan je leidinggevende.
  • Hart voor ouderen: Je draagt ouderen een warm hart toe en bent bereid om mee te bouwen aan een warme en deskundige (palliatieve) zorgcultuur waarin de oudere centraal staat.
  • Leergierig: Je staat open om je te specialiseren, expertise te ontwikkelen en mee te werken aan de uitbouw van het medische verpleegkundig beleid en hierin projecten te trekken. Je blijft je bijscholen om mee te zijn met de nieuwe ontwikkelingen en inzichten in palliatieve zorg.
