- Fivoor - 32 - 36 uur - Breda, Noord-Brabant, Nederland ( ) Fivoor Dit ga jij doen Als ambulant verpleegkundige ben je de extra collega die wordt ingezet wanneer een ambulant team tijdelijk ondersteuning nodig heeft. Je springt bij bij verlof, ziekte of een tijdelijke capaciteitsvraag en zorgt samen met het team voor continuïteit van zorg. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: Je werkt zelfstandig, maar staat er nooit alleen voor. Omdat je steeds tijdelijk onderdeel bent van een team, is het belangrijk dat je snel je weg vindt, goed afstemt en weet wanneer je collega's moet betrekken. De invulling van je werk wisselt per opdracht. Zo kun je de ene periode vooral samen met collega's op pad zijn en in een andere opdracht zelfstandig een tijdelijke caseload beheren. Juist die afwisseling maakt deze functie interessant. Hier kom jij te werken Fivoor biedt gespecialiseerde forensische en hoogintensieve psychiatrische zorg. Binnen onze ambulante teams behandelen en begeleiden we cliënten met complexe psychiatrische problematiek en vaak een verhoogd risico op grensoverschrijdend of delictgedrag.Onze FACT-teams, poliklinieken en andere ambulante teams werken dicht bij de cliënt. We kijken naar wat iemand nodig heeft om te stabiliseren en zo zelfstandig mogelijk te functioneren, met aandacht voor veiligheid en het voorkomen van terugval .AlsAls ambulant verpleegkundige maak je kennis met verschillende teams en werkwijzen binnen Fivoor. Je wordt ingezet waar tijdelijk extra verpleegkundige capaciteit nodig is. - Een afgeronde mbo- of hbo-opleiding verpleegkunde. - Een geldige BIG-registratie. - Een rijbewijs B. - Je bent bij voorkeur 32 uur per week beschikbaar. - Je bent bereid om minimaal drie maanden op één locatie of binnen één team te werken. Daarna kun je langer blijven of overstappen naar een andere opdracht. - Je bent flexibel en kunt goed omgaan met verschillende werkwijzen en teams. - Je kunt zelfstandig werken ...
