advies & indicatie in de zorg Werken bij Goed Thuis Goed Thuis is een organisatie die zich specifiek richt op het stellen van onafhankelijke indicaties ZVW. Daarnaast zorgen wij voor tijdige herindicering of beoordeling van de huidige situatie van de zorgvrager. Wij werken voor zorgorganisaties, PGB houders, zorgverzekeraars. Gelukkig zien steeds meer zorgorganisaties onafhankelijke indicatiestelling als een pré. Door de onafhankelijke indicatiestelling komen wij tegemoet aan de tekorten van wijkverpleegkundigen in de thuiszorg. Door onze werkwijze behouden wij vaak wijkverpleegkundigen, die anders wegens de werkomstandigheden uit de zorg willen stappen. Wij leren graag flexibele, mensgerichte wijkverpleegkundigen niveau 5/6 kennen, waarbij werkervaring in de thuiszorg en indicatiebevoegdheid een vereiste zijn. Ons team bestaat uit een compacte groep betrokken en hardwerkende wijkverpleegkundigen. Het team is erg goed op elkaar ingespeeld. We vinden het volkomen normaal dat je elkaar steunt en flexibel bent. Er is veel ruimte voor eigen inbreng en het delen van je kennis en expertise aan je collega's en onze klanten. Samen maken wij Goed Thuis tot een groot succes! Je dagelijkse werk bestaat voornamelijk uit het voeren van gesprekken en onderzoek verrichten bij zorgvragers thuis. Daarna volgt het uitwerken/verstrekken van de door jou gestelde indicatie. Wij werken met ONS NEDAP. Ook monitoring van de door jou geïndiceerde zorg behoort tot je takenpakket. Solliciteren?
